Ex private collection, Kansas. This piece was purchased directly from the artist in Taos, New Mexico. Ed Sandoval has deep roots in New Mexico. Born in Nambe, he lived for a time in Los Alamos while his father worked on the Manhatten project and eventually settled in Taos. His work has been featured on the cover of Southwest Art Magazine, the Taos Fall Arts Festival, the Santa Fe Wine Festival, and the Santa Fe Opera. In 2012 he received the Governor's Award for Excellence in the Arts.
